With its production capacity of 200 lt/h, the SUPER filter allows for the processing of large quantities of oil with impeccable results. The structure with 10 filter plates allows for the use of different types of filter layers, perfectly adapting to your filtration needs.
Robust and Reliable Construction
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the frame ensures a very long lifespan and extraordinary resistance over time. The filter plates are made of food-grade MOPLEN plastic, easily washable and reusable, for optimal management economy.
Control and Precision in Filtration
The filter is equipped with:
- Pressure gauges for constant monitoring of operating pressures and the wear status of the filter sheets
- Flow regulation valves to optimize filtration based on the type of filter loaded
- Stainless steel drip tray for product recovery during operation
Ease of Use and Handling
The tightening of the filter pack is done via a robust three-handle stainless steel wheel that acts on the central stainless steel screw, ensuring powerful and uniform tightening that minimizes liquid loss. The frame is equipped with wheels with brakes for easy and safe handling of the device.
