You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, please send us a communication via email or WhatsApp within the stipulated timeframe. The product must be returned intact, unused, and with the original packaging complete with all accessories; otherwise, the withdrawal cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and we recommend insuring the package: responsibility remains yours until it arrives at our warehouse. Once the product's integrity has been verified, we will refund the amount paid (excluding shipping and cash-on-delivery costs) within 30 days, via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp, attaching photographs of the item, so that we can assess the extent of the damage. In the case of tanks, it is essential to sign with reservations upon delivery by the courier, as all products are shipped insured.
If the damage or error is due to our mistake, the return will be completely free of charge, and shipping costs will be covered by us. In any case, we ask you to send us photographs of the damaged product, which are necessary to document the incident and proceed with the claim.

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, processing the return typically takes 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. In case of an incorrect or damaged item, we will ship the correct product as soon as possible.
