Shipping Times
Your order is prepared within 24-48 hours of payment processing. Once shipped, products are typically delivered within 2 business days via express courier. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please also note that some products marked as "on order" require more time (up to 30 days). Around holidays, it is normal and likely that your order may experience some delay; in this case, we recommend ordering in advance and not close to the holidays.
Timeframes and procedures

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right, please send us a communication via email or WhatsApp within the stipulated timeframe. The product must be returned intact, unused, and with its original packaging complete with all accessories; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and we recommend insuring the package: responsibility remains yours until it reaches our warehouse. Once the product's integrity has been verified, we will refund the amount paid (excluding shipping and cash on delivery costs) within 30 days, via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

If you purchase from our site as a final consumer (using your Tax Code, without a VAT number), all our products are covered by a 24-month warranty for conformity defects, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code. - 12-Month Warranty (Companies and Professionals)
If you make a purchase for your business by entering your VAT number at checkout, the legally applied warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers, free of charge, all malfunctions or manufacturing defects of the product that were already present at the time of delivery.
What is not covered?
The warranty cannot be applied in cases of normal wear and tear of the product, accidental damage (such as drops or impacts), unauthorized modifications, or faults caused by improper, negligent use, or lack of proper maintenance.
How to request warranty assistance?
