With a production capacity of 200 lt/h, the SUPER filter allows for the treatment of large quantities of oil with impeccable results. The structure with 10 filtering plates allows for the use of different types of filtering layers, perfectly adapting to your filtration needs.
Robust and reliable construction
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the frame ensures a long lifespan and extraordinary durability over time. The filtering plates are made of food-grade MOPLEN plastic, easily washable and reusable, for optimal management economy.
Control and precision in filtration
The filter is equipped with:
- Pressure gauges for constant monitoring of operating pressures and the wear status of the filtering cartons
- Flow regulation valves to optimize filtration based on the type of filter loaded
- Stainless steel drip tray for product recovery during operation
Ease of use and handling
The tightening of the filtering pack is done via a robust stainless steel handwheel with three grips that acts on the central stainless steel screw, ensuring powerful and uniform tightening that minimizes liquid losses. The frame is equipped with wheels with brakes for easy and safe handling of the device.
Reliable motorization
The single-phase 220V EP-MIDEX pump is directly integrated into the frame, ensuring immediate and uncomplicated operation.
