This air chamber is specifically designed for stainless steel and fiberglass tanks, compatible with flat, conical, and bulged bottom models. Once inflated, it ensures total impermeability between the float and the internal surface of the tank, preventing leaks and ensuring flawless operation.
Made with non-toxic materials approved for food contact, it offers maximum hygienic safety and durability over time. The diameter of 45 cm (450 mm) makes it ideal for the most common applications.
How to install your air chamber:
- Carefully check the plastic vent valve on the float for integrity; clean or replace it if necessary.
- Open the package and insert the nozzle of the new air chamber into the hole of the float, wrapping it around the edge like a bicycle wheel.
- Connect the pump's rubber hose to the nozzle of the air chamber and secure it with clamps to prevent air leaks.
- Inflate the air chamber until reaching the "green" zone on the pump's pressure gauge.
- Secure the recovery cord before placing the float in the container.
