Material and Resistance
Constructed from high-quality polypropylene, this thermal wrap withstands up to +50°C (exceptionally up to 80°C for short periods) with a pressure of 3 bar, maintaining elasticity even at temperatures of -20°C.
Versatility of Use
It works perfectly with hot and cold water, glycol solutions, small percentages of alcohol, and various brines. Thanks to the special quick-connect fittings, connecting adjacent wraps (in series or parallel) is immediate and practical, while threaded fittings ensure a secure connection to the piping.
Practicality and Maintenance
The thermal wrap can be dismantled and reassembled easily for cleaning, end-of-season storage, or transferring from one container to another. Secured via an adjustable stainless steel bracket with a pre-tensioning device that automatically compensates for thermal expansions.
Configuration and Installation
It can be wrapped in a circular manner or in a continuous spiral, and can be distributed over hulls and bottoms. Each module can be combined up to 10 pieces using simple fittings, offering total design flexibility.
Thermal Performance
It ensures optimal heat exchange due to direct contact with the tank wall. The wrap generates very little condensation during cooling and none during heating.
It supports the insertion of a temperature monitoring probe for the circulating fluid and easily connects to the conditioning system via sealed PVC or polypropylene fittings. Externally, it slightly conditions the surrounding environment and can be cleaned with standard detergents used for tanks.
