The Thermal Strap is the ideal solution for thermal control of your stainless steel tanks. Designed for tanks with a diameter of 720 mm, it offers reliable and versatile performance for all heating and cooling needs in wineries and agriculture.

Performance and Resistance
Constructed from quality polypropylene, it withstands +50°C (temporarily up to 80°C) with a pressure of 3 bar, maintaining elasticity down to -20°C. It works perfectly with hot and cold water, glycol solutions, small percentages of alcohol, and various brines.
Installation and Connection
The thermal strap easily connects to other modules via special quick-connect fittings, both in series and in parallel. The pipes connect with threaded fittings. It is secured to the tank with an adjustable stainless steel bracket, equipped with a pre-tensioning device to compensate for thermal expansions. It can be wrapped in a circular manner, in a continuous spiral, or distributed across hulls and bottoms.
Thermal Efficiency
Thanks to the direct contact with the tank wall, it ensures excellent thermal exchange. It minimizes condensation during cooling and produces no condensation during heating. Externally, it slightly conditions the environment and can be washed with standard tank detergents.
Control and Monitoring
You can insert a probe for monitoring temperature of the circulating fluid. It connects easily to the conditioning system with sealed PVC or polypropylene fittings.
Versatility and Maintenance
The thermal strap is completely dismountable and re-mountable, allowing you to easily clean it, store it at the end of the season, or move it from one container to another without difficulty. Its modularity allows for expanding the system up to 10 connected modules.
