The Thermal Strap is the ideal solution for precisely controlling the temperature of your stainless steel tanks. Specifically designed for containers with Ø 2380 mm, it ensures efficient thermal exchange and maximum ease of use.

Material and Performance
Made from high-quality polypropylene, the strap withstands up to 3 bar at +50°C (and briefly up to 80°C) while maintaining elasticity even at temperatures of -20°C. It works perfectly with hot and cold water, glycol solutions, alcoholic mixtures, and various brines.
Intelligent Connection System
Each strap connects to adjacent ones via quick-connect fittings (series or parallel) and to the pipes with threaded fittings. The connection is simple and quick, without complications.
Installation and Fixing
It easily wraps around the tank in a circular manner, in a continuous spiral, or on the hull and bottoms. The adjustable stainless steel bracket with a pre-tensioning device automatically compensates for thermal expansions, ensuring maximum adherence at all times.
Thermal Efficiency and Control
Direct contact with the tank wall ensures excellent thermal exchange. You can insert a probe to constantly monitor the temperature of the circulating fluid. It produces very little condensation during cooling and none during heating, slightly conditioning the surrounding environment as well.
Versatility and Maintenance
It disassembles and reassembles easily for cleaning, end-of-season storage, or transfer between containers. Simple connection to the conditioning system with tight PVC or polypropylene fittings. It can be washed with the same detergents used for tanks.
Modularity
Each module measures 336 mm in height and can be combined with other modules using specific fittings, up to a maximum of 10 connected pieces to perfectly adapt to your needs.
