The Thermal Strap for stainless steel tanks with Ø 800 mm is the ideal solution for professional thermal control of your winery. It guarantees reliable and long-lasting performance, with maximum ease of installation and maintenance.

Performance and Resistance
Constructed from robust polypropylene, it withstands up to 3 bar at +50°C (with brief peaks up to 80°C) and maintains elasticity down to -20°C. Compatible with hot and cold water, glycol solutions, small percentages of alcohol, and various brines.
Ease of Assembly and Maintenance
Each strap connects to adjacent ones via quick-connect fittings (both in series and in parallel) and to pipes with threaded fittings. Thanks to the modular system, you can compose up to 10 connected modules. It is completely dismountable and re-mountable in minutes: perfect for regular cleaning, seasonal storage, or transfer between containers.
Versatile and Safe Installation
Wrap the strap around the tank in a circular manner, in a continuous spiral, or over hulls and bottoms. Secure it with the included adjustable stainless steel bracket, equipped with a pre-tensioning device that automatically compensates for thermal expansions effortlessly.
Superior Thermal Efficiency
Excellent thermal exchange due to direct contact with the tank wall. Possibility to insert a temperature control probe to constantly monitor the circulating fluid. Simple connection to the conditioning system with sealed PVC or polypropylene fittings.
