The THERMAL WRAP is the ideal solution for keeping the temperature of your stainless steel tank under control, ensuring reliable performance in every season. Specifically designed for tanks with a diameter of 1580 mm, it offers effective heat exchange and maximum ease of use.

Performance and Resistance
Made of high-quality polypropylene, it withstands up to 3 bar at +50°C (exceptionally up to 80°C for short periods) and maintains elasticity even at -20°C. It works perfectly with hot and cold water, glycol solutions, small percentages of alcohol, and various brines.
Ease of Installation and Maintenance
The modules easily connect to each other via quick-connect fittings, both in series and in parallel. They connect to the piping with threaded fittings. The wrap can be dismantled and reassembled easily for cleaning, end-of-season storage, or transferring to other containers.
Flexible Installation
Wrap it around the tank in a circular manner, in a continuous spiral, or distribute it on the hull and bottoms according to your needs. Secure it with the adjustable stainless steel bracket, equipped with a pre-tensioning device to automatically compensate for thermal expansions.
Superior Thermal Performance
Positioned in direct contact with the tank wall, it ensures excellent heat exchange. It produces very little condensation during cooling and none during heating. Internally, a temperature control probe for the circulating fluid can be inserted.
The wrap easily connects to the conditioning system with PVC or polypropylene sealed fittings and contributes to the conditioning of the room even from the outside. It can be cleaned with the same detergents used for the tanks.
Modular System
Each module is 336 mm high and can be combined with other modules (up to 10 pieces) via fittings, allowing you to fully cover the tank and customize the system according to your specific needs.
