The Thermal Wrap for Stainless Steel Tanks Ø 1200 mm is the ideal solution for controlling and maintaining the temperature of your fermentation and storage tanks. Designed to ensure reliable performance in every season, it combines practicality, thermal efficiency, and durability over time.

Performance Characteristics
Constructed from robust polypropylene, it withstands 3 bar of pressure at +50°C (also tolerating brief peaks up to 80°C) and maintains maximum elasticity down to -20°C. It works perfectly with hot and cold water, glycol solutions, small percentages of alcohol, and various brines.
Optimal Heat Exchange
Thanks to the direct contact with the tank wall, the thermal wrap ensures an excellent heat exchange. It produces very little condensation during cooling and none during heating, also contributing to the slight conditioning of the surrounding environment.
Simple and Flexible Connection
The modules easily connect to each other and to the pipes using special quick-connect fittings and threaded fittings. You can configure them in series or parallel, up to 10 assembled modules, adapting the solution to your specific needs.
Practical Installation and Maintenance
Secure the wrap with the easily adjustable stainless steel bracket, equipped with a pre-tensioning device to compensate for thermal expansions. The thermal wrap can be quickly disassembled and reassembled for cleaning, seasonal storage, or transfer to other tanks. Wrap it circularly or in a continuous spiral around the entire cladding and bottoms of the tank.
Temperature Monitoring
You can insert a probe for monitoring the temperature of the circulating fluid and connect the wrap to the conditioning system with sealed PVC or polypropylene fittings. It is easy to wash with the same detergents used for tanks.
