The Thermal Strap for Stainless Steel Tanks is the ideal solution for controlling the temperature of your storage tanks. Specifically designed for a diameter of Ø 2540 mm, it ensures excellent thermal performance and maximum versatility of use.

Functionality and Advantages
Works equally well with hot and cold water, glycol solutions, small percentages of alcohol, and various brines. Direct contact with the tank wall ensures optimal thermal exchange and superior energy efficiency.
Each strap connects to adjacent ones in series or parallel using special quick-connect fittings to other straps and threaded fittings to the pipes, allowing for a completely customizable configuration.
Practicality and Maintenance
The thermal strap is easily disassemblable and reassemblable for cleaning, end-of-season storage, or transfer between different containers. It can be wrapped circularly, in a continuous spiral, or distributed over the hull and bottoms, according to your needs.
It is fixed with a easily adjustable stainless steel bracket, equipped with a pre-tensioning device to automatically compensate for thermal expansions. A probe can be inserted for continuous monitoring of the temperature of the circulating fluid.
Installation and Connection
Connects to the conditioning system with tight PVC or polypropylene fittings. Produces very little condensation during cooling and none during heating, ensuring maximum cleanliness and hygiene.
Each module is combinable with others up to 10 connected pieces via fittings, allowing you to customize the total height of the strap according to your tanks.
Additional Features
Also slightly conditions the surrounding environment and can be washed with the same detergents used for tanks, simplifying maintenance. Thanks to its high-quality polypropylene construction, it offers durability over time and resistance to wear.
