Made from high-quality cold-rolled steel, perfect for cooking over an open flame and preparing authentic paellas. The double handle ensures a secure and comfortable grip during cooking. Ideal for 9 generous servings.
Preparation for first use
Before using the paella pan for the first time:
- Wash thoroughly with water and soap, or boil hot water over low heat for 10-15 minutes (you can add a bit of vinegar)
- Quickly dry with a clean cloth
- Apply a thin layer of oil over the entire surface
- Store in a dry place, wrapped in paper or in a plastic bag
- Do not use the dishwasher
Usage and maintenance
During cooking:
- Never leave the paella pan empty on the fire for long to avoid overheating
- Constantly monitor the flame and heat level
- Use stainless steel or wooden utensils (avoid plastic)
- Wear appropriate protection: all parts of the utensil heat up during cooking
- Do not leave unattended or within reach of children
After use:
- Carefully clean, avoiding abrasive sponges or harsh detergents that could scratch the surface
- Quickly dry
- Apply a layer of protective oil
- Store in a cool, dry place
