- Wash thoroughly with water and soap, or boil hot water over low heat for 10-15 minutes (optionally add a little vinegar)
- Dry quickly with a clean cloth
- Apply a protective layer of oil over the entire surface
- Store in a dry place, wrapped in paper or a plastic bag
- Do not put in the dishwasher or leave to air dry
--- TIPS FOR CONTINUOUS USE ---
- Constantly monitor the flame during cooking
- Never leave the pan empty on the fire to avoid overheating
- Use only stainless steel or wooden utensils (plastic use is not recommended)
- Avoid abrasive sponges and products that could scratch the surface
- Use appropriate protections: all parts heat up during cooking
- Never leave unattended during use or within reach of children
- Dry immediately after use and apply a protective layer of oil
