- Quickly dry with a clean cloth
- Apply a protective layer of oil over the entire surface
- Store in a dry place, wrapped in paper or a plastic bag
- Do not put in the dishwasher or leave to air dry

- Constantly monitor the flame during cooking
- Never leave the empty container on the fire to avoid overheating
- Only use utensils made of stainless steel or wood (avoid using plastic)
- Avoid sponges and abrasive products that could scratch the surface
