- Wash the product thoroughly with soap and water or boil hot water over low heat for 10-15 minutes (you may add a bit of vinegar)
- Quickly dry with a soft cloth
- Apply a layer of oil to the inner and outer surfaces
- Do not leave to air dry and do not put in the dishwasher
- Store in a dry place, wrapped in paper or a plastic bag

- Never leave the empty container on the fire for long periods, as it may overheat
- Constantly monitor the flame and fire level during cooking
