Specifically designed to meet the needs of small winemakers, the UPPER 3 stainless steel filler is the ideal machine when you need to bottle between 5 and 50 hectoliters of wine per year. With its 3 siphons and integrated pump system, it ensures precise and professional filling.
Reliable gravity operation with feeding pump
The system operates by gravitational drop: the centrifugal pump constantly maintains the level in the feeding tank, while the wine naturally flows down into the spouts. This method is perfect for filling non-dense and non-carbonated wines into glass bottles, protecting the product from unwanted oxidation.
Anti-turbulence technology for gentle filling
The wine flows along the walls of the bottle, reducing turbulence thanks to 2 side holes positioned at the end of the filling tube. Air is intelligently evacuated through a concentric tube, ensuring a flawless result without bubbles or foam.
Robust and practical construction
Entirely made of AISI 304 steel, the machine features a support structure with a height-adjustable support table. The articulated spouts facilitate the insertion and extraction of bottles, reducing work time.
