The UPPER 2 inox filler has been specifically designed to meet the needs of small and medium wine producers. Thanks to its manual system with 2 siphons and a centrifugal pump, it is the ideal choice when you need to bottle from 5 to 50 hectoliters of wine per year.
How it works
The machine utilizes an innovative gravity system that ensures gentle and controlled filling. The feed tank is always maintained at the optimal level thanks to a JES 5 centrifugal pump with by-pass, while the wine flows naturally through the 2 siphons.
When the bottle is inserted, the wine descends gently along the inner walls, reducing turbulence and ensuring quality filling. This effect is generated by 2 side holes located at the end of the filling tube, while air is expelled through a dedicated concentric tube.
Construction features
The filler is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring maximum hygiene and durability over time. It features:
- Robust and stable support structure
- Height-adjustable support surface for bottles adjustable in height
- Articulated spouts for easy insertion and extraction of bottles
