The destemming shaft with rubber blades performs a gentle destemming, reducing the breakage of the stems.
Available in the following versions: enamelled sheet metal; completely in stainless steel.
The destemming mesh and the centrifugal pump are made of stainless steel as standard on all models.
The machine features a central opening and mesh extraction, allowing for simple and complete cleaning.
