The destemming shaft with rubber paddles performs gentle destemming, reducing the breakage of stems.
Available in the following versions: enameled sheet metal; entirely in stainless steel.
The destemming screen and centrifugal pump are made of stainless steel as standard on all models.
The machine is equipped with a central opening and screen extraction, allowing for easy and complete cleaning.
