- First use: carefully clean the pot, rinse with boiling water, dry, and grease the inside with a little oil or butter. Let it rest for a few hours before the first use.
- During cooking: add salt only during boiling to promote its dissolution and protect the metal
- Acidic and salty foods: perfect for aluminum with purity over 99% – you can safely cook marinades and brines
- Storage: do not store food outside of refrigerated environments for more than 24 hours
- Attention: never heat the pot empty; do not approach the pot when it is still hot
