Robust and durable structure: entirely made of AISI 430 stainless steel, it ensures long-lasting resistance and easy cleaning. The smoking chamber is equipped with 3 AISI 304 stainless steel grids and 5 single-point stainless steel hooks for hanging products, allowing you to smoke large quantities simultaneously.
Ease of use: the front sliding lid allows for total opening, facilitating the horizontal insertion of the grids. Burner drawer and grease tray in AISI 430 stainless steel ensure quick cleaning and minimal maintenance.
Temperature control: includes a thermometer insertion hole and a regulator for the upper air draft, allowing you to precisely manage temperature and smoke intensity.
Included smoking material: the package contains 1 kg of compressed hardwood chips (beech and oak), sufficient for 5-10 smoking cycles. 100% natural product, without glues or added chemicals.
