How to Use It Best:
Before first use: thoroughly clean the pot, rinse with boiling water, dry completely, and grease the interior with oil or butter. Let it rest for a few hours to prepare the metal.
During cooking: foods retain more flavor and cook better over moderate heat. Thanks to the high thermal conductivity of aluminum, high flames are not necessary. Always avoid heating the empty pot.
With acidic and salty foods: perfectly suitable for marinades and brine due to its purity over 99%. Add salt only during boiling to aid dissolution and protect the metal.
Food storage: do not use to store food outside refrigerated environments for more than 24 hours.
