- First use: carefully clean the pot, rinse with boiling water, dry, and grease the inside with a little oil or butter. Let it rest for a few hours before the first use.
- Ideal cooking: use moderate heat. Thanks to the high thermal conductivity of aluminum, there is no need to raise the flame too high. Foods will cook better and retain more flavor.
- Adding salt: add salt only during boiling to promote its dissolution and prevent it from attacking the metal.
