The channel cooling plate represents the ideal solution for temperature control in winemaking, storage, and agricultural processing. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, it ensures durability, reliability, and resistance over time.
How it works: two partially welded sheets are inflated to create an internal channeling that allows the fluid (cooling or heating) to contact the entire surface of the plate. This innovative construction system allows for contained thicknesses, lower production costs, and excellent heat exchange with reduced thermal inertia.
Versatility of use: the plate is compatible with various fluids: freon, water, thermal oil, steam, glycol, ammonia, and more. Our technicians can size and advise on thicknesses, channeling, welding steps, and heights of interspaces based on the fluid used, required flow rates, and expected pressure drops.
