The Pappardelle 150 Accessory allows you to make beautiful pappardelle in the classic format, with a width of 50mm that ensures that flat and elegant texture perfect for your dishes. To achieve the best results, set the machine to position 6 on the thickness regulator.

*Safety note: the Pastadrive motor cannot be used with mafaldine, pappardelle, reginette, ravioli, and raviolini formats.
