The "complete" supply is useful because it replaces the entire pumping unit and its control/sealing elements: this way, it eliminates the typical problem of pumps with internal wear (piston/spring/valve) or with micro-leaks that make the flow irregular even with a full tank and clean passages. It is a recommended replacement especially when the defect is intermittent (lubricates a bit and then stops) or when, after cleaning the circuit and the lubrication hole, the bar continues to remain dry: in these cases, the cause is often the pump that no longer "pushes" continuously or does not maintain the correct seal during operation.
