Description
The 30-liter Oak Barrel is the ideal solution for those who wish to age and preserve grappa, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages with professionalism and passion. The oak wood is selected from the finest for its unique organoleptic properties: superior hardness and sweeter, aromatic polyphenolic substances (tannins) that enhance the structure and aroma of your spirits, giving character and complexity to the final product.
Each barrel is made from European Oak (Quercus Petraea) sourced from Eastern Serbia, subjected to a rigorous aging process of two years that ensures quality and stability over time. A lasting investment for those who do not compromise.
The package includes everything you need:
- Sturdy stand
- Tap for dispensing
- Top stopper
Suitable for storing spirits over time – a guarantee of reliability for your cellar.
How to prepare your new oak barrel:
- Fill the barrel to 2/5 of its capacity with boiling water and salt, shake well to moisten every part of the wood
- Let the solution rest for two days, shaking occasionally
- Empty the salty water and rinse thoroughly with pure water, allowing it to drain well
- After one day, season the barrel: fill it with white wine and top it off for about ten days
- Empty the barrel and let it drain for two days – do not rinse with water
- Your barrel is now ready to receive and age the spirit
Technical specifications:
