How the Membrane Pressing System Works
An innovative central elastic membrane made of non-toxic food-grade rubber inflated with air gently compresses the grapes against the walls of the cylindrical tank, fully extracting the must from the fruit. Unlike other systems, the working pressures reach only up to 1 bar, much lower than competitors: this means superior quality of the extracted must, best preserving the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes.
