How the membrane pressing system works
An innovative central elastic membrane made of food-grade non-toxic rubber inflated with air gently compresses the grapes against the walls of the cylindrical tank, completely extracting the must from the fruit. Unlike other systems, the working pressures only reach up to 1 bar, much lower than competitors: this means superior quality of the extracted must, best preserving the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes.
