- Young wine: if filtering wine that is 30 days old, first use a coarse filter, then proceed with the finish.
Maintenance and cleaning:
After each use, thoroughly rinse the inside of the pump with clean water. The electric motor does not require lubrication. Clean the external parts with a slightly damp sponge and dry immediately with a cloth.
