- Aged wine (recommended method): Wait at least 2-3 months and bring the wine to room temperature before filtration. This will allow the wine to develop body and suspended particles to naturally settle. For a superior finish, use polishing filters and leave 2-4 days between filtrations.
- Young wine (30 days): Always start with a coarse filter, followed immediately by a finishing filter for impeccable results.
