How to achieve the best results:
- For aged wines: Wait at least 2-3 months of resting at room temperature before filtering. During this time, the wine gains body and allows suspended particles to naturally settle. For a superior finish, use polishing filters and respect 2-4 days between filtrations.
- For young wines: First use a coarse filter, followed immediately by a finishing filter.
Simple and practical maintenance:
This filter does not require complex maintenance. After each use, pour clean water to rinse the internal surfaces of the pump. The electric motor does not require lubrication. Clean the external parts with a slightly damp sponge and dry immediately with a cloth.
