Made from 99.5% Extra Pure Aluminum with exceptional thermal conductivity, this saucepan allows for optimal cooking over moderate heat. You will never need high flames: the heat spreads evenly, allowing your dishes to cook better and retain all their flavor.
How to use it best
- Before use: carefully clean the pot, rinse it with boiling water, dry it, and grease the inside with a little oil or butter. Let it rest for a few hours.
- During cooking: add salt only during boiling to promote its dissolution and protect the metal.
- Avoid overheating: never heat the saucepan empty, even on low heat.
- Acidic and salty foods: thanks to the purity over 99%, you can safely cook marinades, brines, and strongly acidic or salty dishes.
- Storage: do not store food outside of a refrigerated environment for more than 24 hours.
The dark patina is normal and protective
If you notice a dark patina inside the pot, do not worry: it is due to the natural oxidation of aluminum, which creates a true inert protective barrier. It should not be removed. To keep the saucepan shining on the outside, use specific products for aluminum.
