How to use it best:
- On first use, carefully clean the pot, rinse with boiling water, dry, and grease the inside with a bit of oil or butter. Let it rest for a few hours before first use
- Always cook on moderate heat: the high thermal conductivity of aluminum ensures optimal heating without the need for high flames
- Foods will retain maximum flavor and cook evenly
- Never heat the pot empty over the fire, neither high nor low
- Add salt only during boiling to aid its dissolution and protect the metal
