How to use it best:
- On first use, thoroughly clean the pot, rinse with boiling water, dry, and grease the inside with a little oil or butter. Let it rest for a few hours before first use
- Always cook on moderate heat: the high thermal conductivity of aluminum ensures optimal heating without the need for high flames
- Foods will retain maximum flavor and cook evenly
- Never heat the pot empty on heat, neither high nor low
- Add salt only during boiling to promote dissolution and protect the metal
Special features of pure aluminum:
- Perfect for cooking acidic and salty foods (marinades, brines, and similar) due to its purity above 99%
- The dark patina that may form inside is normal and protective: it is metal oxidation, a true inert protective barrier that should not be removed
