How it works
The patented gravity system ensures a gentle and precise filling, reducing wine oxidation. Thanks to the side holes concentrated on the filling tube, the wine flows along the walls of the bottle, minimizing turbulence and preserving the organoleptic characteristics of your product. Air exits simultaneously through a concentric tube, ensuring a balanced flow.
Filtration and bottling in one operation
The filler is equipped with a 20x20 stainless steel filter with 30 plates that allows for filtering and bottling the wine in the same cycle, drastically reducing exposure time to air and maintaining the quality of the product intact.
Ease of use
The 4 articulated spouts facilitate the insertion and extraction of bottles, while the height-adjustable support table adapts to bottles of different sizes. A JES5 centrifugal pump constantly maintains the level of the feed tank, ensuring a uniform flow throughout the entire workday.
