Robust and durable construction
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this filler is designed to withstand the test of time and ensure food hygiene. The support structure and bottle support surface are height adjustable, allowing you to adapt the machine to bottles of various sizes. The articulated spouts simplify the insertion and extraction of bottles, reducing work time.
Advanced filling technology
The semi-automatic system operates with a centrifugal pump that keeps the feed tank always at level, ensuring operational continuity. During filling, the wine flows gently by gravity, touching the walls of the bottle, reducing turbulence and oxidation. This effect is made possible by the 2 side holes at the end of the filling tube, while air is expelled through a concentric tube.
Filtration and bottling in one pass
The filler is equipped with an integrated stainless steel filter with 10 plates (20x20) that allows for simultaneous filtering and bottling of wine. Thanks to the paper filter layers, you reduce exposure time to air and ensure a consistently perfect product in your containers.
