This air chamber is specifically designed for always full floating systems, compatible with flat, conical, and domed bottoms. Once inflated, it guarantees total waterproofing between the float and the inner surface of the tank, ensuring precise and lasting operation over time.
Made from non-toxic material approved for food contact, it offers maximum safety and quality for agricultural and food applications.
Installation Instructions:
- Carefully check the plastic vent valve on the float to ensure integrity; clean or replace it if necessary.
- Open the package and insert the nozzle of the air chamber into the hole of the float, wrapping it around the edge like a bicycle wheel.
- Connect the rubber hose from the pump to the nozzle of the air chamber and secure it with clamps to prevent air leaks.
- Inflate the air chamber until reaching the "green" zone on the gauge of the pump.
- Secure the recovery cord before placing the float in the container.
