This inner tube is specifically designed for always full float systems, compatible with flat, conical, and domed bottoms. Once inflated, it ensures total impermeability between the float and the tank's internal surface, guaranteeing precise and long-lasting operation.
Made from non-toxic material approved for food contact, it offers maximum safety and quality for food and agricultural applications.
Assembly Instructions:
- Carefully check the plastic vent valve on the float to ensure its integrity; clean or replace it if necessary.
- Open the package and insert the inner tube nozzle into the float hole, wrapping it around the rim like a bicycle tire.
- Connect the rubber hose from the pump to the inner tube nozzle and secure it with clamps to prevent air leaks.
- Inflate the inner tube until reaching the "green" zone on the pump gauge.
- Secure the retrieval cord before placing the float in the container.
