The Air Chamber D. 1800 with Steel Puncture is the ideal solution to ensure the perfect operation of your float in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks. Compatible with flat bottom, conical, and domed models of the "always full" line, this air chamber ensures total waterproofing between the float and the inner surface of the tank once properly inflated.
Made with non-toxic materials approved for food contact, it guarantees maximum safety and quality for food use, in compliance with the most stringent international regulations.
How to Install the Air Chamber - Step-by-Step Guide:
- Check the vent valve: Carefully verify the integrity of the plastic valve on the float. If necessary, clean or replace it to ensure proper functioning.
- Insert the nozzle: Open the package and place the nozzle of the new air chamber into the hole of the float, wrapping it around the edge like a bicycle wheel.
- Connect the pump: Join the rubber hose from the pump to the nozzle of the air chamber and secure it tightly with clamps to prevent air leaks.
- Inflate correctly: Proceed with inflation until reaching the "green" zone on the pump's pressure gauge, indicating correct pressure.
- Secure the float: Before placing the float in the container, secure the recovery cord.
Technical Features:
- Material: EPDM 70 ±5 SH/A Black
- Operating Temperature: -20 / +105 °C
- Inflation Pressure: 0.6 Bar
- Regulatory Compliance: Approved for food use according to FDA CFR Title 21 Part 177.2600 and Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004
