The Air Chamber D. 1100 with Steel Support is the ideal solution to ensure the perfect operation of your floats in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks. Compatible with always full models with flat, conical, and rounded bottoms, it offers total impermeability that protects the float and maintains the efficiency of the detection system.
Made from EPDM 70 +-5 SH/A material, this air chamber is produced with non-toxic materials approved for food contact, ensuring maximum safety and compliance with international regulations (FDA CFR Title 21 Part 177.2600 and Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004).
How to install it correctly:
- Carefully check the plastic vent valve on the float to ensure integrity, and if necessary, clean or replace it.
- Insert the nozzle of the new air chamber into the hole of the float, wrapping it around the edge like a bicycle wheel.
- Connect the rubber hose from the pump to the nozzle of the air chamber and secure it with clamps to prevent leaks.
- Inflate the air chamber until you reach the "green" zone on the pump's pressure gauge.
- Secure the recovery cord before placing the float in the container.
