Our 1000 diameter air chamber is the ideal solution to ensure the perfect functioning of your floats in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks. Compatible with all "always full" models with flat, conical, and rounded bottoms, it ensures total impermeability and complete insulation between the float and the inner surface of the tank.
Made with non-toxic EPDM materials approved for food contact, it guarantees maximum safety and quality according to the strictest international standards.
How to correctly install your air chamber:
- Carefully check the plastic vent valve on the float: verify its integrity and clean or replace it if necessary.
- Remove the new air chamber from the packaging and insert the nozzle into the hole of the float, wrapping it around the edge like a bicycle wheel.
- Connect the rubber hose from the pump to the nozzle of the air chamber and secure it tightly with clamps to prevent leaks.
- Inflate the air chamber until you reach the "green" zone on the pump's pressure gauge.
- Secure the recovery cord before placing the float in the container.
