The thickness of 3 mm ensures even heat distribution and long-lasting durability.

How to use it best:
- On first use, thoroughly clean the saucepan, rinse it with boiling water, dry it well, and grease the inside with a bit of oil or butter. Let it rest for a few hours.
- Always cook on moderate heat – the excellent thermal conductivity of aluminum does not require high flames for perfect results.
- Add salt only during boiling to promote its dissolution and protect the metal.
- Never heat the saucepan empty to avoid overheating.
- Perfect for cooking acidic and salty foods (marinades, brines) due to its purity over 99%.
