The Seitz 40x40 K150 filter sheets are the perfect solution for achieving crystal clear and brilliant liquids. Made with layers of cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, these sheets are specifically designed for use with plate filters and ensure effective filtration of wines, extra virgin oils, limoncello, spirits, and other beverages.
Use them for the three fundamental phases of filtration: roughing to eliminate larger particles, polishing to achieve perfect transparency, and sterilization to ensure the product's shelf life.

Instructions for use: Before inserting the sheets into the filter, thoroughly wet them with water or with the already polished product. Insert each sheet between each pair of adjacent plates, ensuring to correctly orient the surfaces: each rough side should face a rough side and each smooth side should face a smooth side.
