Description
The Seitz 40x40 K150 filter sheets are the perfect solution for achieving crystal-clear and brilliant liquids. Made with layers of cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, these sheets are specifically designed for use with plate filters and ensure effective filtration of wines, extra virgin oils, limoncellos, liquors, and other beverages.
Use them for the three essential filtration stages: roughing to remove larger particles, polishing for perfect transparency, and sterilization to ensure product shelf life.
Technical Specifications:
- Dimensions: 40x40 cm
- Type: K150 - ideal for pre-filtering juice before final membrane filtration
- Compatibility: 40x40 plate filters (available in our store)
- Package: 25 sheets
Usage Instructions: Before inserting the sheets into the filter, thoroughly wet them with water or the already polished product. Insert each sheet between each pair of adjacent plates, ensuring the surfaces are correctly oriented: each rough face should face a rough face and each smooth face a smooth one.
