How to choose the right card for each phase:
Grade 0-4: Ideal for the first filtration after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles, preparing the wine for the subsequent steps.
Grade 8-12-16: The perfect choice as a second step. They retain smaller particles and give your wine a natural brightness and elegant finish after racking.
Grade 20-24: The final touch for excellence! They eliminate micro-impurities in suspension, providing extraordinary shine. Use them only after completing at least one filtration with the 8-12-16 cards.
