Our filter sheets are made with high-quality cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, specifically designed for plate filters. Perfect for rough filtering, polishing, and sterilizing your liquids, ensuring a professional result in the cellar.
Technical Specifications:
- Dimensions: 40x40 cm
- Type: V24 without holes
- Filtration grade: 0.5 micron
- Compatibility: 40x40 plate filters (available in our store)
- Package: 25 pieces
- Suitable for white and red wines
How to Choose the Right Sheet for Each Stage:
Grade 0-4: Ideal for the first filtration after fermentation. They retain the largest suspended particles, preparing the wine for subsequent stages.
Grade 8-12-16: The perfect choice as a second step. They retain smaller particles and give your wine a natural brightness and an elegant finish after racking.
Grade 20-24: The final touch for excellence! They eliminate suspended micro-impurities, providing extraordinary shine. Use them only after completing at least one filtration with the 8-12-16 sheets.
The CKP Quality That Makes the Difference:
The renowned CKP Series represents the result of years of research dedicated to food and chemical-pharmaceutical applications. We use innovative noble celluloses and an optimized entry structure – always marked "CKP" – that ensures superior performance and greater mechanical resistance throughout the filtration process. The recognizable marking on the exit side prevents fiber release, ensuring the highest quality of the finished product.
Usage Instructions:
- Wet the sheets with water or the already polished product before inserting into the filter
- Insert each sheet between each pair of adjacent plates
- Orient correctly: each rough face should face a rough face, each smooth face a smooth one
Choose V24 filter sheets and achieve professional results, precise filtration, and wines with irresistible charm!
