How to choose the right card for your filtration:
0-4 micron cards: Perfect for the first filtration after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles, preparing the liquid for subsequent steps.
8-12-16 micron cards: The ideal choice for the second pass. They capture smaller particles and give the wine that characteristic shine that makes it visually appealing.
20-24 micron cards: For the final finishing phase. They eliminate residual micro-impurities and provide extraordinary brilliance. Use only after filtering at least once with 8-12-16 cards.
