Our V20 filter cards are made from high-quality cellulose and diatomaceous earth fibers, specifically designed for use with plate filters. They represent the ideal solution for rough filtering, polishing, and sterilizing white and red wines, liqueurs, limoncello, and other alcoholic beverages, ensuring professional results.

Usage guide based on filtration grade
Grade 0-4: Perfect for initial filtering after fermentation. They retain larger suspended particles, ideal as the first filtration step.
Grade 8-12-16: Used to retain smaller particles and provide a good shine to the wine. Recommended as a second filtration step for superior results.
Grade 20-24: Ensure exceptional shine by eliminating suspended micro-impurities. They should be used exclusively after filtering the wine with cards of grade 8-12-16.

Instructions for use
