Usage Guide Based on Filtration Grade
Grade 0-4: Perfect for initial filtering after fermentation. They retain the largest suspended particles, ideal as the first filtration step.
Grade 8-12-16: Used to retain smaller particles and give the wine a good shine. Recommended as the second filtration step for superior results.
Grade 20-24: Ensure exceptional shine by removing suspended micro-impurities. They should be used exclusively after filtering the wine with grade 8-12-16 pads.
