Our V20 filter papers are made from high-quality cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, specifically designed for use with plate filters. They represent the ideal solution for roughing, polishing, and sterilizing white and red wines, spirits, limoncello, and other alcoholic beverages, guaranteeing professional results.

Usage guide based on filtration grade
Grade 0-4: Perfect for initial filtration after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles, ideal as the first filtration step.
Grade 8-12-16: Used to retain smaller particles and provide good shine to the wine. Recommended as the second filtration step for superior results.
Grade 20-24: Ensure exceptional shine by eliminating suspended micro-impurities. They should be used exclusively after filtering the wine with 8-12-16 grade papers.

Instructions for use
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Before inserting the papers into the filter, thoroughly wet them with water or with the already polished product. Each paper must be placed between each pair of adjacent plates. Remember: each rough side must face a rough side and each smooth side must face a smooth side.
