The V16 filter layers are made from noble cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, specially formulated for use with plate filters. They are the ideal solution for achieving crystal-clear and brilliant wines, ensuring effective filtration in three stages: coarse filtration, polishing, and sterilization of your liquids.

How to choose the right filtration grade:
- Grades 0-4: Perfect for initial coarse filtration after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles, ideal as the first filtration step.
- Grades 8-12-16 (like our V16): The right choice for the second step. They retain small particles and give a noticeable shine to the wine. They guarantee superior quality results.
- Grades 20-24: Reserved for the final polishing phase. They eliminate residual micro-impurities and give the wine a crystalline appearance. To be used only after at least one pass with filters 8-12-16.

Instructions for use:
- Before use, wet them with water or with already polished product
- Insert one card between each pair of adjacent plates
- Position the cards correctly: each rough side facing another rough side, each smooth side facing another smooth side
