The V16 filter layers are made from noble cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, specially formulated for use with plate filters. They are the ideal solution for achieving crystal-clear and brilliant wines, ensuring effective filtration in three stages: roughing, polishing, and sterilizing your liquids.

How to Choose the Right Filtration Grade:
- Grades 0-4: Perfect for initial roughing after fermentation. They retain the largest suspended particles, ideal as the first filtration step.
- Grades 8-12-16 (like our V16): The right choice for the second step. They retain small particles and give the wine an appreciable shine. They ensure superior quality results.
- Grades 20-24: Reserved for the final polishing stage. They eliminate residual micro-impurities and give the wine a crystal-clear appearance. To be used only after at least one pass with 8-12-16 filters.
