How to choose the right filtration grade:
- Grade 0-4 microns: Ideal for the first filtration after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles, perfect as the first step.
- Grade 8-12-16 microns: Our card falls into this category and represents the best choice as a second step. They retain smaller particles and give the wine a pleasant shine.
- Grade 20-24 microns: Use only after previous filtration with grades 8-12-16. They eliminate micro-impurities in suspension for an impeccable final brilliance.
