How to Choose the Right Filtration Grade:
- Micron 0-4: Perfect for the first filtration after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles, preparing the wine for the subsequent steps.
- Micron 8-12-16: The ideal choice for the second filtration pass. They retain smaller particles and give the wine a good shine and clarity.
- Micron 20-24: Reserved for the third pass, they eliminate residual micro-impurities for superior final brilliance. Use them only after at least one filtration with 8-12-16 cards.
