Professional filter cards for impeccable filtration
The V4 CKP filtering layers are made from cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, specially formulated for plate filters. Perfect for filtering wines, limoncello, liqueurs, and other beverages, they ensure three essential results: roughing, polishing, and sterilizing your liquids with professional results.

Usage guide based on filtration grade:
- 0-4 micron filters: Ideal as the first step, removing larger suspended particles after fermentation. They do not yet produce an optimal finish.
- 8-12-16 micron filters: Perfect as the second step, retaining fine particles and providing good shine to the wine after racking. Recommended for superior results.
- 20-24 micron filters: Ideal as the final phase, eliminating micro-impurities and providing exceptional brilliance. Use only after filtering at least once with 8-12-16 filters.

Usage instructions:
IMPORTANT: Before inserting into the filter, wet the cards with water or with the pre-shined product. Insert each card between adjacent plate pairs, ensuring that each rough face is facing another rough face and each smooth face is facing a smooth one to ensure uniform and effective filtration.
