The 20x20 V24 filtering pads are the ideal solution for those who wish to achieve crystal-clear and brilliantly polished wines. Made with high-quality cellulose fibers and diatomaceous earth, they ensure precise and reliable filtration for wines, limoncellos, liquors, and other beverages. Perfect for the third filtration pass, they remove suspended micro-impurities, giving your wine the professional shine that distinguishes the best enological results.
Technical Specifications:
- Dimensions: 20x20 cm
- Type: V24 without holes
- Filtration grade: 0.5 microns
- Compatibility: 20x20 plate filters
- Quantity per package: 25 pieces
- Suitable for: White and red wines
CKP Series Quality: These pads belong to the renowned CKP Series, developed through constant research for the most demanding food applications. The improved structure guarantees superior performance and recognizable marking on both sides for correct use. Enhanced mechanical strength and the absence of fiber release ensure optimal results during and after filtration.
How to Use the Filtering Pads:
- 0-4 microns: For the first filtration after fermentation, they retain the largest particles
- 8-12-16 microns: For the second pass, they retain smaller particles and provide good shine
- 20-24 microns: For the third and final pass, they remove micro-impurities for perfect polishing. Always use after at least one filtration with 8-12-16 pads
Insertion Instructions: Before using the pads, wet them with water or already polished product. Insert each pad between each pair of adjacent plates, ensuring that each rough face is facing another rough face and each smooth face is facing a smooth face, to ensure uniform and effective filtration.
