How to Choose the Right Filtration Grade:
- Grade 0-4: Ideal for the first filtration after fermentation. Retains the largest suspended particles, preparing the wine for subsequent steps.
- Grade 8-12-16: Perfect as a second step. Removes smaller particles and gives the wine a good shine after racking.
- Grade 20-24: Final stage of filtration for a brilliant and crystalline result. Use these pads only after at least one filtration with 8-12-16 layers.
