How to Choose the Right Filtration Grade:
- Grade 0-4: Ideal for the first filtration after fermentation. Retains larger suspended particles, preparing the wine for subsequent steps.
- Grade 8-12-16: Perfect as a second step. Eliminates smaller particles and gives good shine to the wine after racking.
- Grade 20-24: Final filtration phase for a brilliant and crystalline result. Use these cards only after performing at least one filtration with layers 8-12-16.
