The V16 filtering layers are made from superior quality cellulose and diatomaceous earth fibers, specifically designed for plate filters. Perfect for the filtration of white and red wines, limoncello, spirits, and other food liquids, they guarantee three fundamental results: coarse filtration, polishing, and sterilization of the final product.

How to use the filtering cards:
The filtration of wine occurs in multiple steps, using cards with different filtration grades:
- Grade 0-4 (Coarse Filtration): First step after fermentation. Retains the larger suspended particles for effective pre-filtration.
- Grade 8-12-16 (Polishing): Recommended second step. Captures smaller particles and gives the wine a good shine and transparency.
- Grade 20-24 (Sterilization): Final step for maximum clarity. Eliminates residual micro-impurities. Use only after already filtering the wine with 8-12-16 cards.
