The V16 filtering layers are made with high-quality cellulose and diatomaceous earth fibers, specifically designed for plate filters. Perfect for the filtration of white and red wines, limoncello, liqueurs, and other food liquids, they ensure three fundamental results: roughing, polishing, and sterilization of the final product.

How to use the filtering cards:
The wine filtration occurs in multiple steps, using cards with different filtration grades:
- Grade 0-4 (Roughing): First step after fermentation. They retain the larger suspended particles for effective pre-filtration.
- Grade 8-12-16 (Polishing): Recommended second step. They capture the smaller particles and give the wine a good shine and clarity.
- Grade 20-24 (Sterilization): Final step for maximum clarity. They eliminate residual micro-impurities. Use only after already filtering the wine with cards 8-12-16.

Usage instructions:
Before inserting the cards into the filter, wet them with water or with the already polished product. Each card must be placed between a pair of adjacent plates. Essential: each rough face must face a rough face, and each smooth face must face a smooth one to ensure optimal filtration.
